Segregated Processing
Garments are sorted by fabric type, colour, and cleaning requirement. Dedicated processing lines ensure corporate clients' items are handled separately.
Industrial Washing & Stain Removal
Heavy-duty washing at 800kg/hr capacity using eco-friendly chemicals. Stubborn stains receive specialized treatment on our professional spotting board.
Drying & Extraction
Industrial extractors and dryers (800kg/hr capacity) remove moisture while maintaining fabric integrity. Temperature-controlled cycles for different materials.
Pressing & Finishing
Steam presses, hot head presses, 3 vacuum beds, bed sheet rollers, and coat foamers deliver a crisp, professional finish to every garment.
Multi-Point Quality Check
Every item undergoes rigorous quality inspection before packaging. We check for stain removal completion, pressing quality, and any fabric damage.
Custom Packaging
Garments are organized and packaged according to client specifications — with custom labeling, hangers, and protective bags from our certified suppliers.
Secure Doorstep Delivery
